The High Pure FFPET DNA Isolation Kit is designed for the isolation and purification of genomic DNA from 5 to 10 μm thick sections from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue. The isolated DNA is suitable for qPCR, microarray analysis (e.g., CGH or methylation arrays), and sequencing.

• Total time required is approximately 3 hours including deparaffinization procedure.
• DNA recovery in 25 to 50 μL elution volume
• Obtain high yields of contamination-free DNA
