This Immun-Blot PVDF membrane is packaged as a 26 cm wide, 3.3 m long bulk roll. The pore size is 0.2 um and binding capacity is 150160 μg/cm2.
Immun-Blot PVDF membrane is ideal for chemiluminescent and colorimetric western blots because it retains target protein very strongly duringl protein transfer but also reduces nonspecific protein binding that can obscure high-sensitivity detection.
